My Goals:
Short term get under 200 lbs by 10 March 08 and under 165 by 10 July 08. Making time for friends and family in 2008. Leaving work behind and heading to the gym at least 3 times a week.



My Program:
Drink only water until I get 12 glasses a day and eating correctly.
I am currently making time for at least 35 min of Cardio 6 times a week and strength training 3 times a week.


Personal Information:
I am a wife of 28+ years and mother to a 26 year old boy and 23 year old girl. I live in Weaver, Alabama and work in Atlanta. I spend alot of time away from home. I enjoy work, my motto is when I don't enjoy working anymore its time to quit or find another job.
