Paul's SparkPage

Hello, world!

I'm a software engineer and I work here at SparkPeople. Every now and then you'll see me joining strange groups and stuff like that - I swear there is always a reason - I'm not just a weirdo!

This is going to be my sparkPage... and I have this feeling like it is going to be awesome. See for yourself.

I don't want to overhype it, but it is better than 12 superbowls.

Thanks Paul. I appreciate the advice. I know to focus on the positive goal and not a negative one, but sometimes I forget when I start getting excited about making changes. Inevitably I set myself up for failure. I'll rework my goal and keep plugging away. So far so good today. 4 mile run and some TRX. Eating is going ok too. Thanks and have a great rest of your day!
