Captain America... Before.

I''m a 115 pound soldier in the US Army, and I''m not happy with my weight. My goal is to pack on 50 more pounds over the next several years. By this time next year, I hope to hit 135. My wife and buddies all tease me that I look just like Captain America, but before the Super Serum. My goal is to change that to after the serum. Professionally, I love my job. I''m succeeding in my specialty and I''m excited for future opportunities. I am preparing to try out for Special Forces next year, ...

My Goals:
1) Get my weight up to 130.

2) Enlist in the Army, preferably as a 35M or a 35P.

3) Pass the APFT with 60%'s in each event before BCT.

4) Earn a 300 on the APFT before the end of AIT.

5) Re-enlist as Special Forces.

6) Run a Marathon.

My Program:
Is under review and will be updated on January 1st.

Other Information:
My favorite books are the Book of Mormon and the Holy Bible. I love my wife, and am excited for being able to provide for my family as it grows. I love my country, and I am ready to serve it in any way possible.

What is your plan to add on muscle/weight to get you to your 130? I really admire your dedication and thorough planning for exactly what course your want to take in your enlistment.

Thanks for your kind words :) Andrew is just wonderful and braver than I ever could be. I do not envy his job. How are your weight gain goals going? Good luck with them :)

how's it going? I upped my jog to 1.5. I'm doing 70 pushups and 90 situps. It's only been a few months!
