I can go the distance, I can beat the odds.

Call me Eleke. I realized not too long ago that since I'm no longer walking everywhere like I used to, my lifestyle has become more and more sedentary. With that, and possibly a slower metabolism due to getting older, came the weight. I'm hoping that with the right diet and exercise, I can get back to a healthier weight.

I'm not really concerned about the numbers - I'd love to be 170 lbs, but if I'm 180 lbs or 190 and am able to run a 5k, or even go up and down a couple flights of ...
