My Goals:
I want to get stronger and more toned. I also want to cultivate a more positive attitude. I aim to set up a more structured exercise program -- right now I'm still feeling things out! More specifically: - Lose an inch from my hip - Lose 2-3 lbs
My Program:
Staying within 1200-1550 cals/day 8 glasses of water/day Exercise every day in the morning for at least 10 minutes. 3-4x cardio, 2-3x strength. 1-2x gentle stretching/yoga. Sleep 6 hours each night.
Personal Information:
I like song lyrics, and intonation that makes me shiver with recognition. I'm a walking self-parody. I love music, philosophy, and books. The life of the mind, and all that. At the same time, I thrive on frivolity. My favorite two magazines are the Economist and Entertainment Weekly. --------------------------------- I wrote this when I was 17, which explains the pretentiousness, but it's still pretty much true. Except I don't really read EW anymore. I probably would if it were free and available, though. *shrug*
