I am trying to get healthier and fitter before starting a family. I usually eat out of boredom, and want to get into the habit of doing something productive instead.
I am becoming consistent in exercising. I am trying to cook healthy, varied foods that will keep me happy and satisfied. I'm making my food and fitness trackers available for everyone to see, not because it's that interesting, but because I'm hoping it will keep me accountable.
I am Dutch/English but currently living in South Africa (and loving it). I'm getting used to a new culture, so I figured I might as well get used to a new lifestyle at the same time.
