of course i would love to be friends. i have been down quite a road myself and have seen many ups and downs, i only hope that i can help as many others (and more) as helped me along the way.
everyone deserves to look and feel fabulous. try making one change at a time... like drinking water 8+ cups a day and ditch the calorie drinks and all soda. after that is a habit (a week or two) add another healthy habit (like getting 6+ servings of fruits and veggies a day)..... after that is an automatic habit start another... and so on...
once i got past the fruits and veggies one.... i never looked back. they are so filling that i always felt full and didn't have room for much else. funny how that works.
