It's time to fit into my jeans again.
I've been overweight most of my life, so I'm pretty familiar with weight loss programs. In the past, I successfully lost weight and kept it off for a few years. Then, two years ago, I started taking evening classes. Needless to say, some of the weight I worked so hard to lose came back on so easily. I joined SparkPeople for the tracking tools. I'm looking forward to losing about 35 lbs before this summer (2011). My overall goal is not to be a size 2 or even a size 6, but to get to a size ...

My overall goal is not to be a size 2 or even a size 6, but to get to a size where I can easily maintain my weight with regular exercise.

My Goals:
Lose 34 lbs. Fit into my "skinny" clothes again. Hike up steep trails with more energy than I do now. Run in a 5k race, then 10k, then a half marathon.
My Program:
1. Exercising four to five times per week. 2. Keeping track of what I eat. In general, I'm not doing anything special. I'm just working to keep my calories intake lower than my calories burned on a daily basis.
