Short Term Lose 20 lbs by July 4 th.

Lose 60 lbs by Christmas.

Run a 1/2 marathon and weigh under 190 by 50th Bday !!!!

Using the scale, tape measure and tracking my foods.

Using the Turbulence Training work out and Couch to 5K.
