Spring 2011 - fit, healthy, and strong.
Spring 2012 - overweight, stressed, and apathetic.
Last year I was working out daily, ate healthy, and had Muay Thai training three times a week. Then life happened, and somehow I found myself 17 kg (37 lbs) heavier. My goal is to recover from this downfall!
- lose 17 kg (37 lbs)
- destress with yoga
- get conditioned for kickboxing
- fit into my summer pants
- overcome emotional eating
Diet: low-calorie 3 months diet from my nutritionist. Then will switch to healthy maintainance.
Fitness: 3 days/week group workouts at gym. Will add weightlifting routine starting April.

Hehe, yup, that's right, metric system is more straight forward. My Grandma was Ukrainian... I was born and raised in that side of the world too :)) but then moved across the pond :)) to Canada (thankful for the metric system here as well LOL)
Enjoy your day and keep up the good work!

Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've just celebrated my SP six month anniversary and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received. This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all.
To celebrate your arrival here at SP, as well as to welcome in the new Spring season, I would like to wish you a brand new start, never-ending moments of poise and balance and a joyful tip over on the scale to the side of light. I wish you a new dawn, an eternal youth and a morning star to wish on. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may they melt away with the winter and may you be granted a time of new light and a new life where your wildest dreams come true. ~ Michelle
