Liz Jogs and Lifts Heavier Things

Hi, I'm Liz. I've been a member for a while, starting in July 2007. I lost some weight, gained a bit back, and started 2010 off at around 166 pounds. I've been lifting weights since August, started jogging with the Couch to 5k program at the end of March, and aim to get down to a weight of 140 or below by the end of 2010. Currently I'm trying to focus on completing C25k and improving my cardio endurance; I also hope to improve my lifts and finally figure out how to squat with good form.

Hi there! I just wanted to say thank you for your comment on my blog. I gave it a few days and checked in with Mr.Scale again who said I have now lost 8 pounds total. What a fickle friend. But thank you for keeping me in check when I was freaking out. :-)

Thank you for comment on my blog. I went out and bought some crystal lite today. I use to drink it when I was pregant. I could always taste the differents between sugar and splenda. But you are right alot less calories and a fraction of the money. I am going to try hard.
