One More Mile
I'm eager to get healthy again so that I can be active with my two young daughters and my husband, and so that I can keep challenging myself. My main exercise right now is running; I ran my first 5K in March 2011 and from there I was hooked. My longest distance to date is a half marathon, but my long term goal will be to someday complete a marathon. More than anything I just want to be healthy and set an example of healthy living for my girls.
