After having three kids, I seriously need some muscle tone! My body is a new shape now so even though I'm ok with my weight, I think I'm not "in shape" and I'd like to be a HOT MAMA!
I run, bike, swim and dance. I do isometrics and stretching almost daily. I'd like to do some strength training because I think that is really what's going to help get my body looking sleek.
I love the beach and being outdoors, so I'm not a gym person at all. If I'm not at home, I'm on the go or exploring the world.
