Ashame about your husband not liking the CD's. Do you have to be able to hear him all the time, because they have wireless headphones where you plug the base into your tv or computer or Dvd/Cd player and you have no wires and they other people don't hear what you are listening to.
We have a lot of Yoga videos on the You tube and the Chair exercise team has its own channel with several their of all levels of yoga. Maybe one would help you.
I can't do light machines unfortunately. I respond to flashing lights by having a seizure but thanks for the suggestion.
I have several screen savers that are like kalaidescops, lots of color and always changing. I use watching one of them sometimes for relaxation.
Being a caregiver for anyone is a hard demanding job that never seems to end and it stresses caregivers amazingly. You are one step further with a DH that has mental health problems. Do you have a way to get Respite care so you get breaks sometimes to give yourself some self care? Sometimes Insurances pay for it or there are state care programs. Try checking with the Dept of Human Services or the Health Dept in your city.

How long have you had trouble with sleeping? Is it that you can't go to sleep or can't stay asleep once you do get to sleeping? I wrestle with both and its a real hassle. If you get any good suggestions on how to sleep better let me know. I've tried all the usual that you see in health articles and they just don't seem to work.

Hi there!! My mom is the same way, encouraging me to lose but plying me with lots of foods I wouldn't choose. Must be a mom thing! I am a university professor and I just started teaching my summer classes tonight. I haven't been on SP much this weekend because of prepping for courses.
Congrats on your weight loss. Keep up the good work.
