My Goals:
My primary goal is better health. I want to be active. I want to be able to walk a city, hike a trail, ride a bike, swim in the ocean and just generally be more active.

My Program:
My diet is healthier. I eat more fruits and vegetables and more whole grains. I drink more water also. Exercise is the priority now. I try to do some kind of exercise everyday.

Hi Elaine:

We always wonder why things have to be so hard; and losing weight is one of the hardest; but have you ever seen anything that is really, really worthwhile that isn't hard; But it is so well worth it; just keep going; you will have good days and bad; but just like learning to walk, you will fall some, just get back up and keep on going. It will work and it will be well worth it. Good luck
