My Goals:
Track my food. Walk at least 10,000 steps per day, 6 X week. Do my strength/weights program 3 X week. Follow the jump start January fitness challenge. I would like to lose my final 20 pounds in 2013. I would like to overcome my addiction to sugar and my use of food as a reward. I want to be healthy and strong enough to walk around Machu Picchu this June 2013.
My Program:
I track my food and activity on Sparkpeople. I do 1 Spark exercise video 3X a week

My name is Elaine, and I am 56 years old. I am happily married to the man of my dreams who is also doing Spark people with me. Last year I lost 30 lbs. this year I want to lose 20 and learn how to maintain my weight. I have two wonderful sons and daughter-in-laws and a 2 year old grandson and sweet granddaughter.
