Track my food. Walk at least 10,000 steps per day, 6 X week. Do my strength/weights program 3 X week. Follow the jump start January fitness challenge. I would like to lose my final 20 pounds in 2013. I would like to overcome my addiction to sugar and my use of food as a reward.
