My Goals:
Track my food.
Walk at least 10,000 steps per day, 6 X week.
Do my strength/weights program 3 X week. Follow the jump start January fitness challenge. I would like to lose my final 20 pounds in 2013. I would like to overcome my addiction to sugar and my use of food as a reward.

I want to be healthy and strong enough to walk around Machu Picchu this June 2013.


My Program:
I track my food and activity on Sparkpeople. I do 1 Spark exercise video 3X a week

Personal Information:
My name is Elaine, and I am 56 years old. I am happily married to the man of my dreams who is also doing Spark people with me. Last year I lost 30 lbs. this year I want to lose 20 and learn how to maintain my weight. I have two wonderful sons and daughter-in-laws and a 2 year old grandson and sweet granddaughter.

I DO THIS DAILY AND TO HELP MYSELF BY GETTING MOTIVATED TOO:
1) when you come into Spark, on the right side, at the top, click on View My Points, and spin the wheel.When you get 25 or more points, you can spin the Bonus Wheel
2) read and posting will help you get points
3) meeting and making friendships do help you along the way on your journey
4) staying and focusing helps you to stay motivate
join any team(s) that you are interested in
5) when you make a homepage, if you make any changes, make sure that you click on Save my changes, or you will have to put what you say back in.
6) if you need any help, there are a lot of people that will help you along the way (even me)
7) and most of all:::: enjoy yourself.
