My Goals:
I would like to get back to 130 pounds! I looked pretty good back then.
My Program:
I have alot of food allergies, so I am staying away from the offending foods. I am watching calories. I am trying to increase my exercise time.
Personal Information:
I was born in Binghamton, NY.
I lived out five miles from there till I was 20. I met my husband at Practical Bible Training School. We got married and then got hired with Northern Telecom. We moved every 6 weeks to three months for years. After our third baby was born, we settled outside of St. Louis, MO. Till 10 years ago, then we moved here to Raleigh, NC. I have homescooled all four of our children. Our last one will be finishing up next year. Then what? I have no clue!

I love Jesus! I love to pray for people as well.
