I'm a K.O.P.S. member of #Vt 109 Jacksonville. I have been married for almost 48 years, have 3 children, all married and have 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I love walking, snowshoeing. Spending time with friends and family top the list.

My goal is to stay UNDER my goal

My Program:
 I rely on my TOPS meeting and friends to keep me motivated. I try to eat a balanced byt lowfat, low cal diet. I don't always succeed but I try to do enought exercise to cover my lapses..

Hello. I was browsing , and came across your page.
I wanted to take this opportunity to invite you to "OVERCOMING OBSTACLES".
At first, it was for people with a disabitliy,but now it's expanded to everyone..disability or none.

The link is located on my sparkpage, and the main discussion room is marked with "sticky topic".
People post their successes in life, motivation , advice, different health obstacles, parents' topics, different age rooms, losing baby fat, books insight, crafts, literary, recipes, jokes.etc etc etc...(well, let's just say, there is something for everyone to take comfort in).. There are many little challenges posted , on "Tickle*me*Pink 's" sparkpage, if you are up to them..(she is the team leader, and also my wife)

I was hoping that you will click the link, join the group, & maybe share some of your own successes,obstacles, goals, etc..for us to all get aquainted,better. As you read some of the posts in there, you will see some amazing accomplishments, before and after joining sparkpeople. Spark coach Jen is a member of our team, also, and is willing to help everyone.
