I know I can do this!
Found this page through theknot.com last year when I was preparing for our wedding, and thought I'd check it out. I've stuck with Spark since then - love the help and resources available! I'm still trying to lose the last few stubborn pounds that are keeping me from my goal. Aren't they always the hardest??

My Goals:
To lose these last few pounds, but more importantly, to keep them off!
My Program:
Exercise (4+ days cardio, 2 days lifting), measuring my portions, spreading eating throughout the day, and basically just paying attention to the nutrition labels. Using the Spark nutrition tracker has really helped me to see what I'm actually putting into my body, and makes me think more about it, too. I'd rather eat more healthy stuff than less unhealthy stuff - I like to eat, so the more food I can eat for the same amount of calories, the better :)
Other Information:
We just got our first puppy - such a cutie (but also a handful!)
