Good Things!!!!

My Goals:
To bring stability and balance into my life and to make choices that make me feel good for the long haul not just right away.

My Program:
One day at a time is my mantra - if I think too much I get overwhelmed. Its important to have big goals but I also need to stay focused on the small daily ones.

Personal Information:
I am a born and raised Kentuckian and proud mid-westerner. I always thought I'd leave at some point but I'm still here and happy. I have a great job in the family business and a loving supportive fiancee who makes me laugh. Life isn't perfect but it is pretty sweet

Other Information:
I love to cook - its my meditation - and I love to try new food. There are a lot of places on my list that I would like to travel to around the world and closer to home. At the end of the day though I enjoy nothing more than a great movie and dinner at home.
