I can do it, with some hard work and determination. Its not going to be easy but it may get easier.

Hi guys,

After what became a year out of dieting and exercise, I am back and more determined than ever before. I've now realised that I need to do this for me and my health and that its not going to be as easy as I once thought. But I can do it if I stick to it.

I would really LOVE to lose 50lbs or so (over the space of a year or may be a little more) so I can become healthier.

I hope this Blog will spur me on to great results and if you need any help ...

Welcome to SP and Congratulations! :) We are so happy to have you here!

If you are ready...you can do this. It's about learning about yourself and learning how to change your bad habits to good ones. my guess is you're probably not eating very balanced during the day if you're gorging at night...even if you're bored or stressed, If I have eaten my 12 servings of veggies and fruits, I sure the heck don't want much else by the time 7 PM rolls around. I am thrilled to be done with dinner and not have to look at anymore! LOL

When you are eating at night...are you really hungry??? REALLY??? If you got your 2-3 liters of water in, maybe had a cup of tea or some chewing gum or even some veggies with hummus...would it help????? Are you getting enough sleep??????? Being tired makes you crave bad things! I get this one...I know if I am craving something off plan I better go take a nap! LOL And it works everytime!

So...it's time to figure out what's goin' on in your head and heart and how that effects what you put in your mouth. YOU CAN DO IT! :)
