Finally getting fit!

I just want to lose about 100 pounds, and be able to run. I like running, but I dont have the knees, or the stamina for it. I have been steadily on the weight gain rise since I was injured at work in 2006. I wasn't "skinny" before that but definitely within 30 lbs of my goal instead of over 100. Now its time to feel good about what I see in the mirror again.

Ideal weight for me is 140-150. I really just want to be around 165. I will re assess once I get there.
