33 and counting

I am a 33 yo with 4 kids (14, 12, 4, &1) You would think I would have no problem staying active, but I seem to get on a burst, and then fizzle out every time. Getting depressed and low self esteem along the way. I want to be healthy and able to get outside with the kids and play sports and not be ashamed of myself when getting dressed.

My Goals:
My goals... that is a deep question for me with a lot of answers, but to summarize, I want to lose fat and be in better shape to be able to play with my children and be active for me. I would love to follow my grandfathers footsteps and run marathons one day.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am trying to get a handle on my emotional eating and I am trying to do cardio exercise at least once a day. I am currently training to run a 5k.

Personal Information:
I live in Brewton, AL a small town in south Alabama. I am married with four kids @ home and a stepson (total of 5). I live my life to do God's work (as much as I can) and I love spending time outdoors with the kids. I love when the older ones are involved in sports and I can help them practice and get to see them play and improve. My email is erinjordan1978@yahoo.com.
