My Goals:
I have lost 21 lbs. I need to loose 10 more to reach my goal.. almost there. I can do this!!

Its been a long journey.. 3 years ago i was 200lbs! I have lost in total 67lbs since then... the last little bit has been thanks to sparks people, and excersising again.

























My Program:
Track food everyday (even on weekends!!!!)

Gym 3-4 days/week

excersise instead of shopping!!!

try to limit sweets!

Personal Information:
I have a only a few years untill I turn 40. I have my children, and am having no more! Its time to get fit and healthy. Loose the wieght and keep it off!

Other Information:
I love to camp, canoe and hike. I would love to travel soon and check out tons of cool places with my kids and hubby of course!

Hi!!! So sorry I took so long-I just got your question on my page! I think if u are burning 1700 cals a day, I would eat more than 1200 calories. I am trying to eat between 1800-2000 a day! Trying to keep the foods all as clean as possible. If u don't get enough food, the metabolism will slow. Its confusing. I hate it. Hope you're doing well!!!

We went to Six Flags in Arlington for spring break. It was fun but SO packed! I am also trying some new classes, hopefully it will give my motivation a boost:)

Hi!!! I'm doing okay, fell off the wagon a bit during my vacation on Spring Break, but I'm getting back into the habits. I have been doing a weight class at my gym, and also Pilates, which I LOVE! Its always the food thats the most difficult for me. I'm still trying though! How r you? emoticon

You will get back to it!!! I havent measured for a while - I did have my hsuband take pictures so I can SEE results - I have found I have AB def - LOVE and Josh said I have back muscles!! OH yeah!!! BUT curse the scale!!!
