My Goals:
I want to bring my weight down to 130 and bring my body fat percentage down to about 18-20 percent. I also want to run a half marathon next spring, which means doubling how far I can run!

My Program:
I've started a training program for a half marathon which involves strength training twice weekly, spinning as cross-training and running 15 miles a week. Eventually I'll be at 30 miles a week :) I'm also counting calories.
