My name is Stefanie and I'm a 26 year old graduate student with all of the reasons in the world to lose weight-- for health reasons, for my career (I'm getting my masters in Public Health with a focus on nutrition) and because I'm tired of being overweight. *Insanity

EVENTUALLY:

P90X, A boot camp near my house, swimming

I'm tracking what I eat because that definitely helps me stay within my calorie range.

I'm Stefanie-- from NY (I will always be a New Yorker!), currently living in MA with my husband.

I'm 5'7 and have been overweight/obese my entire life. Literally. I'm ready to change my life because I am DONE being the way I was before.
