Hi,
I also saw your note in the Done Girls huddle....hang in there. I know how you feel. Some days I just want to say heck with it! Then in the back of my mind, I hear "but you can do this".....it sounds like you have that little voice still telling you that you can do it, so hang on to that voice and make it roar!

I'm with you--some times it's a stuggle, but little steps can get you to your goals. Do one good thing for yourself today--you deserve it!

Don't feel overwhelmed. Take on day at a time. If that is still too much take one meal at a time, one workout at a time. We all screw up, we could all do better but we are all human. You can do this. Just as we all can do this. Let's do it together done girl. emoticon emoticon emoticon
