There's No Place Like Homepage
I've decided that I'm officially "maintaining" and not looking to lose any more weight. My BMI is good. My percentage of body fat is good - not quite in the athlete range, but over the 90th percentile for my age. My clothes fit. I'm content. So - moving right along.

My Goals:
Get my bone density into the non-osteoporosis zone. Get my bike riding pace up to 13 mph on my morning sprints. Stay fit.
My Program:
Daily cardio Strength training two to three times a week. Tracking what I eat and balancing my diet. Eating more calcium rich foods.
