I've decided that I'm officially "maintaining" and not looking to lose any more weight. My BMI is good. My percentage of body fat is good - not quite in the athlete range, but over the 90th percentile for my age. My clothes fit. I'm content. So - moving right along.

Hey, dear, as usual, thanks for commenting on my Tummy Revenge blog today. Yeah, sweets and even lite popcorn are a downfall for me. Ooooo - fat free? Yum! Um, wait, ugh - will I eat too much and end up sick half the night? UGH!!!!! Sigh ... it's that old "learning experience" thing ...

YEAH for Rock and Running!!! I do Metallica, Godsmack, Nickelback, Linkin Park, Rob Zombie, Limp Bizkit is GREAT for running. Kinda funny... Japanese Rock huh...hmmmm!?!?
