My Goals:
My weight loss goal is to be down to my goal weight by Nov. of 2012. That means 5 lbs a month.
I also want to get to the point where I don't have to count calories and can just change my lifestyle.
My Program:
Even though I'm in stage 3, I still have to count calories. My mind set is an all or nothing thing when it comes to losing weight so I have to keep myself accountable by tracking everything.
Personal Information:
I live in a small community and love living in the country.
My hubby and I have 8 children with only 4 left at home now. We also have 2 grandsons and love seeing our family grow.
My favorite thing in life is being surrounded by my kids. Family is the best!
Other Information:
I like to read and I enjoy watching a good movie. I also like being in the mountains, but mostly I just love to be with my family.
