Unfamiliar Territory! I'm learning one day at a time....
I'm a stay at home mom to 3 kids.. I recently saw a picture of myself from Christmas and it was a huge (literally) wake up call. I'm excited to create a new, healthier version of me...but I'm nervous about reverting back to old habits.
