In 2008 I lost 15 lbs with Sparkpeople. Then I changed lifestyle, went back to bad eating habits and little exercise and went up to a higher weight that I've ever been in my life.

Now (July 2011) I'm starting over. I've just weighed in at 12 stone 10lbs. I want to lose 2 stone, and to get fit.

August 2011: Down 11lbs, under 12 stone again. Two-fifths of the way to my target. Yeah!

My Goals:
To get down to my ideal weight of 10 stone 10 lbs, i.e. to lose 28 lbs by March 2012.

To improve my fitness level a lot.

Jogging goal: to run 5k the last week in October 2011.
29th July: jogged once around the lake without stopping or walking - 2.3 km.
30th Aug: jogged 3.5 km.
23rd Oct: jogged twice around the lake, 4.5km!
Nov 5th: jogged 5k for the Sparkpeople Trick or Treat Trot (42 min 10s)
