Creating Lasting Lifestyle Changes

Hi, I'm Earon and I'm working on being obedient to the scriptures by making my body HIS temple and taking care of it the best I can.

Born at 11 lbs I've never been little, I was always the chubby kid. When my husband I married I weighed 190 and soared in weight over the next few years to 220 and eventually landed at 248 lbs. I am so sick of being fat and fluffy. I want to be fit and healthy for the first time in my life, and for the rest of my life.

I have to say that ...

I have to say that my greatest motivation in wanting to loose weight is God first and foremost. Plus I want my husband to like my body. I'd like to see him taking a second look at me. My daughter would appreciate a better play mate too.

You are welcome. Also, please don't get the impression that I killed myself working out. I only did one hour a day of medium/high intensity. The second hour was fairly low intensity.

Thanks for your comment. To answer your questions on how I lost weight, I did it through nothing more than good old fashioned balanced eating, and hard work. No magic pills, potions, diet plans... I just ate around 1,300 calories a day (calorie cycling), cardio. 1-2 hrs. 6 days a week. Usually 1 hour high intensity, and 1 hour light to moderate intensity. This was not an easy journey at times, but definately well worth it. Hope this helps.
