New Life, New Waistline

I recently graduated from a masters program with a shiny degree and a waistband I could not longer button (even with sucking it in.) It is time to get healthy and fit, and kick the excess weight I've been carrying around with me.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be fit and healthy, but in terms of weight loss, my ultimate goal is to lose 45 pounds. My smaller goal is to lose 10% of my current weight.


My Program:
My diet plan:

Follow weight watchers CORE program and drink at least 8 glasses of water daily

My fitness plan:

To work out (using exercise dvds) at least 3 times a week, building up to 5-6 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each.

Glad to see you back on Sparks, I took a while away also, but I'm trying to come in every day and keep regular. I hope to break the up one pound down one that I've been in for a very long time. I know they say Christmas time is a hard time to stick to loosing weight at Christmas, but I'm determined too. Good luck on your goal also.. emoticon
