Hi V! I just saw your Post on "did u know that" on the bipolar page and just wanted to tell u you are doing the right thing by plugging along. You are there in the home stretch. I am on Seroquel and Risperdal..both INFAMOUS for weight gain. It has taken me 3 months to lose 6 pounds. I just wanted to let u know, that it's tough for us bipolar peeps to do what comes easily for other peeps. We're "special" in that sense. Ilike to put it that way...Oh, I know there are other ways to put it..
But, don't give up. You're doing great. You're fabulous and you will succeed. Feel free to jump into our chatroom and get to know some of us..we're all going through the same thing.
Anyway...best of luck on reaching all your goals! Courtney Leader of "Living With Bipolar" team
