My Program:
I'm doing my best to be at the gym 3 days a week. I do a few weights machines for 2 sets of 10 reps, and then I do 30 minutes of "fat burn" on the elliptical machine while reading a magazine, watching Scrubs on my phone, or rocking out to music.

Good morning Liz! Yes, it is before 7am on a Sunday, but I totally had to share that I dropped 8lbs since Weds!!! Whoo Hoo! Now, off to the gym and the library I go. (don't you miss being a student?)

I have been super good about logging things. Though I am a bit annoyed at the site. I tried to do the whole "healthy lifestyle scale" thing yesterday and it yelled at me! I was a little low on my calories (I got a nasty cold) and it refused to give me my score. Boo. So today I am trying really hard to reach my targets.

Also, having a scale in the house is really bad for me. I check at least three times a day.

Go Liz! You rock!
