My Goals:
I'd like to get down to 215-220 lbs and reduce my blood pressure to healthier levels.

I'm also working on being more positive in my day-to-day life, but I'm taking it a little easier on that goal.

My Program:
I've been trying very hard to stick to my nutritional goals, especially looking for low-sodium alternatives to some of my favorite foods. It's been a fairly revolutionary change to my diet, but so far I've been enjoying it.

By far my favorite exercise is roller skating. If you haven't done it in a while, you should totally give it a shot.
