I am 47 yo, employed part time at my daughter's school. Used to exercise all the time, was in great shape, then I had kids and lost sight of myself.

I was on SP a couple of years ago and fell off the wagon. until I got back on December 30, 2009. I have been enjoying the life change that is SP. I asm committed to eating right and exercising. I want to be healthy, happy and energetic!

Running at least 3 times per week. Elliptical 1-2 days per week. Strength training 3-4 times per week. Healthy diet changes and the support of my team(s).

Thanks for stopping by to comment on my blog. I was terribly surprised when I got the news but, you are right, it didn't make it any easier.... Hello! Just stopping by to see how you are adjusting to being back from Vacation! If you are like me I have a love/hate relationship with coming home from vacation...sigh love coming home but hate having to deal with the "real" world! LOL
