Hey there, just wanted to say that even though you were a bit "shocked" by your starting weight....not to worry, because you have begun a great journey if you stick with SP. I find that even when I am off program and I log everything it keeps me centered and helps me begin again. And now with SP I find that I begin again a lot quicker and also have to "begin again" less frequently. I guess the good news for me is that I finally get that I am not perfect and I make mistakes but now I am making less and learning how to adopt a whole new lifestyle. So best of luck to you!
