I'm so DONE with being a lard butt so join me as I traverse the treacherous waters of weight loss. My Program:
I go to the gym 6 days per week. My program consists of the following: Mondays: Rest day Tuesdays: Step, trampoline, total body conditioning Wednesdays: treadmill, kettle bell, African dance Thursdays: Total body conditioning, trampoline Fridays: Vinyasa Yoga, spinning Saturdays: zumba, hip hop Sundays: Hip hop, zumba Eating wise: I try and consume 1300 - 1600 calories per day.

I'm a student and general all around funny gal.

Height: 5'10 Body Type: Vase (think a more stretched out hour glass shape). I want a frelling huge afro.
