I left spark for a while b/c I just couldn't keep up and also was trying out babyfit. I didn't like babyfit as much though. The tracker is slightly different and I have been using the one here for years...so I came back here to track food- mainly to watch nutrients. So, I am here for good! Not quite as active, but have had more energy and thus more computer time lately. I am sure it will slow down again as the third trimester starts. 1659 days ago

And I know from (way too much experience) how hard a move can make things. Give yourself some slack as you get into your new routine and just try to be mindful of one or two goals per day. You can do it! 2474 days ago
