21 Day Challenge

Time to get serious... again!? ...how many times have I told myself that before I go to bed, thinking...tomorrow I WILL work out, I will NOT eat past 8, I will...whatever... and then, don't do it because my wonderful spouse isn't going to be home until 10, so we wait on dinner, or I'm cleaning out the car when I planned to work out, and I know if I stop it'll never get done...and then ...well, it all falls apart... again, for the gazillionth time.

So... no more, I'm done... I want ...
Time to get serious... again!? ...how many times have I told myself that before I go to bed, thinking...tomorrow I WILL work out, I will NOT eat past 8, I will...whatever... and then, don't do it because my wonderful spouse isn't going to be home until 10, so we wait on dinner, or I'm cleaning out the car when I planned to work out, and I know if I stop it'll never get done...and then ...well, it all falls apart... again, for the gazillionth time.

So... no more, I'm done... I want to get into a healthy routine for me, and my kids. And my husband... who won't eat or make much of what I like (vegetarian-ish, though I do eat meat, I just don't like it much...and he is very much a steak and potatoes kind of guy.)

My Goals:
In the long run, lose 70-80 pounds, teach my kids (6 and 4) healthy eating habits, and show my husband that healthy eating doesn't have to involve tofu and bean sprouts (...which I don't eat often, but they are good!)

Current weight:
196 ~1.7.10~

1st Goal: 190

2nd Goal: 180

3rd Goal: 170

4th Goal: 160

5th Goal: 150

6th Goal: 140

7th Goal: 130

8th Goal: 128 (...like how the last one is two pounds?! Ha!)



My Program:
Eat what I want, but sensibly.

Exercise everyday!
Use my $100 stationary bike at least 3 times a week.

Do the Crunch fat burning pilates workout 3 times per week.

On the day(s) I don't do one of those, do my "youtube" workout. Yeah...I looked at workout videos on youtube. I actually like them a WHOLE LOT! ...oh, and most of them are the the sparkworkouts anyway.

yea...i know! We have been married 15 years....i got married when i was 18...we meet when i was 15...so we have literally grown up together!! lol! but its great! We truely love each other more now than when we got married...it hasnt always been easy, but we've stuck it out and have a beautiful life as a result! :o) ok..i'm done tootin my own horn! lol!

Fantastic to see you are back!!! Do it right!

Go to www.youtube.com and put in ROGER GOULD.

He wrote "SHRINK YOURSELF" and is a medical doctor, professor of psychology at UCLA Medical School. The book is about EMOTIONAL EATING. The YouTube interview is him talking about the book and how he helped 20,000 patients stop Emotional Eating, so they could successfully lose weight and NOT gain it back again.

Hey you!! i am back!! not from the dead, but kinda like it!! lol!
My husband has finally joined me in getting healthy..so things are running really smooth with that as of now!! we are really excited and motivated! So i just wanted to say thanks for your last comment....in like JANUARY!!! :D

My kids are 11 and 12...2 boys!
I'm the queen of the house!! lol! not really...more like the maid! :) My husband and i have been married 15 years....we got married as infants! lol! right out of high school....and we are both working really hard to get the weight off for good this time!!!
