I am passionate about helping people with personal transformation using EFT/Tapping. I am currently in a year long mentorship program to become certified in Holistic Belief Reprogramming.
I love health and fitness and connecting with others.
I owned a fitness studio for women before I became a life coach because I love it so much. Get In Shape For Women is still here in Lee's Summit and doing great. I brought this franchise from the east coast to be the first one in Missouri.
I was widowed 12 years ago after 23 years of marriage to a good man. We had 4 children together and now I am a grandmother of 9!! I still have a 16 year old son at home. I am very blessed!
Lose 8 more pounds and get my body fat percentage back to athletic build. 17% body fat.
Eat slowly and chew throughly.
Stay at my weight without fluctuating back and forth 5- 10 pounds.
Stop eating when anxious or for comfort. Eat to live not live to eat.
Ultimately to heal my mind of the unhealthy beliefs that have kept me stuck in these patterns.
Think happy, healthy, loving thoughts about myself and others.
Be a happy learner every day.
5 Mile Walk Away the Pounds workouts with Leslie Sansone 5 times a week. Now that I have a tracker, I have a 6000 step per day goal.
I have many other dvd's at home that I can do, too, if I choose to but currently I am sticking with Leslie's programs because they work and I have been doing them for 12 years. I have also sustained several injuries doing heavier weights and pushing myself too much. While I am mostly healed, I don't want to beat my body up, I just want to be lean and buff. Leslie's work outs are working best presently.

I assist people to tap in to their unlimited potential as a child of the light. The only one standing in our way is ourselves.
