I've gotten recipes from three places this week - SparkPeople, which had the good chicken and whole wheat pasta one, the Diet Tribe website (you go to Lifetime first and then find it from there), and this book I got called 1.001 Low-Fat Vegetarian Recipes, edited by Sue Spitler. I like the Diet Tribe recipes because heemphasizes real food you make yourself, but which is easy and quick. Have fun and happy cooking! 2508 days ago

Thanks for the star. I'm going to strive to do it again this week. I really wanted to lose 4 but i'll be glad for the 3pds. I'm having some bursitis in my right shoulder, elbow and the pain is radiating down to the wrist. I probably will go to the doc to have the shoulder and elbow injected. The pain from the injection is worth the releif. had it before but not at the same time. but i have a high toleranc of pain but it's strting to interfere with my sleep. and typing on the puter. can't have that. LOL I went ride bikes this morning 6 miles. will repeat it again this evening.
