Work Harder, Go Farther

Hi I am a 34 year old mother of 4 kids. I have been happily married for 13 years and enjoy being a full time mom. Now that we are done having kids (90% sure) I feel like I am entering a whole new phase of life. I will no longer be on my way to losing weight then get pregnant and gain weight and then have to start all over again. So my longterm goal is to get back down to my prepregnancy weight of 120.

I have so many interests and hobbies but not as much time to pursue them ...

I have so many interests and hobbies but not as much time to pursue them all. I do manage to still carve out time for gardening, working out, running, soccer ( I coach more and play less now), scrapbooking and sewing. I also get in a little bit of time on the piano as I help my kids with their piano practice.

Our family loves to be outside and active. We work hard and play hard too.

My Program:
I am currently doing Jillian Michaels circuit training from 4x a week and running or other aerobics for 60 minutes 2 x a week.

I also try to be active with my kids daily by playing outside, going for walks or a bike ride.

I am logging my calories and exercise on my calorieking nutrition tracker.

Things I really need to focus on:
1. keeping my calories between 1200 and 1400 daily by preplanning my meals and sticking to my plan.

2. Get at least 7 hours of sleep. Go to bed by 10:30, no later than 11.
