Develop lean muscle mass to reduce the amount of insulin I take and to regulate my blood sugars for an A1C below 8.

- Run 1 mile without stopping
- Run/Walk 5K
- Do 10 Pushups

My Program:
Gym : Wed for Spin class 1 - 2 times more for treadmill

Cross Training at home : Snow Shoeing, Heavy housework/projects, Dancing, Strength exercises

Eat Breakfast Daily
