My Goals:
Myfitness goals for the spring are to work out at least 4 or 5 times a week doing at least an hour of cardio every time and strengh train 2-3 times a week.
I also want to try and do atleast 100 crunches/ab exersizes a day.

My nutrition goals are to stay in my calorie limits everyday with maybe one day a week going over a little bit.
