Be Reasonable - but lose the weight

I'm a retired military and health professional. Aheart attack in October'98 led to a 5-vessel CABG. With strict dieting and great rehab my weight got to 180, my ideal weight according to charts. Having gained15 pounds in last 2 years since leaving Arizona, and 33 since '98, I have resolved to get back to the weight I should carry. And, since I'll be 71 in April, it is about time to do it so that I'm around a lot longer.
