Thanks for the comment on my blog! My usual strength traning is using the machines that my gym has. They have most of the ones that SP fitness tracker has available. If you havent, you should look through them. They have everything from at home with no special equipment to the gym machines along with demos. I put in for SP to make a plan for me. It is full body (3x per week) and I told it gym machines and about 30 minutes. I do 2-3 sets of about 10 (usually max weight that I can do for each set). I have a resistance band at home, a balance ball and some free weights. I don't use them all that often, but sometimes do just to keep my muscles guessing. Hope it helps.
