For Myself

I need this primarily for myself, but I know that it impacts my three daughters. Ever since I hit my 50's my metabolism has slowed down. I've always been able to eat anything in any quantity, and not gain a pound. Not any more.

Other Information:
The year that I turned 50 I went on my first hike. My husband is a big hiker, and I wanted something else to share with him. Since then I've been hiking to celebrate all our 'milestones' - birthdays, anniversaries, holidays. Living in up state NY, we do a lot of Adirondack hikes, but we also hike in the Shawangunks and the White Mountains of NH.

Yes, Farmers' Walks are NOT fun, especially w/ my trainer as he is always like "straighten your back, shoulders back, head level" as I'm doing it. I had to super-set them w/ the bar assisted pushups too, so by the end my upper body was sore.

Good morning, friend. Thanks for visiting my spark page and blogs and for all of your encouragement. I got great rest last night and feel like a new person, and am totally energized. Good thing, just too bad I need to invest it in all day client meetings instead of client work and fitness.
